Tennis Australia: The Rod Laver Arena Challenge

From a simple "If I was to ask you to cover the Rod Laver Arena grandstand, overnight.. how would you respond?"

Well…we managed to organise and install an entire grandstand covering in a little over 60 hours.

As matches were still being held inside the grand slam arena, we were set specific timelines allowing access to install these gigantic banners.

The Challenge

With a series of 2am toolbox meetings, 3am starts, 1000 phone calls, several miracles and some unmatchable teamwork…we achieved the unachievable!

Tennis Australia and Peak Install brought Rod Laver Arena to life whilst the world was watching!

The Scale

4600 square metres of polyester fabric, supplied & dye-sub printed flawlessly by our good friends at Vivad.

Vivad – who specialise in large format printing had teams working night & day supplying all materials, printing and manufacturing ALL these coverings with literally NO notice.

Everything was manufactured and ready for us to collect & install in record time, allowing us to work some court-side magic and create this GIANT feature.
